Subscriptions and refunds

This policy is based on Peruvian consumer protection legislation: Law No. 29571, Consumer Protection and Defense Code, with the amendments of Legislative Decree No. 1729, and the Civil Code. The essentials:

• Nothing is charged today. Paid plans can't be bought yet; this policy applies from the moment Premium can be bought and is part of the Terms of service.
• 100% refund within 7 days of any charge.
• Cancel whenever you want, from the panel, with no penalty.
• We give 30 days' notice before any price change.

You must be over 18 and be the server owner or have their authorization. A minor cannot buy Premium on their own.

Legal basis: article 42 of the Civil Code.

• What it includes: only the features shown as available on the Premium page when you buy. What appears as "soon" is not sold or charged for.
• Price: shown in US dollars (USD) and may vary depending on your country. Before paying you see the final price, with the taxes that apply and no hidden charges.

Legal basis: article 2 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

Payment is processed by an external provider, which will be shown to you before you pay. NextGen does not keep your card number. The data that provider processes is governed by its own policy.

• Premium renews every month until you cancel it. Before you pay you'll clearly see that it renews, the price of each renewal and how to cancel, and your decision to buy must be unequivocal.
• No design tricks: we don't use designs that make cancelling hard, hide information or push you into buying something you don't want.

Legal basis: article 47 and article 56.1, items e and h, of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

• How: by the same means you used to buy, that is, from the panel, without calls or different procedures.
• What happens: no more charges are made and you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid.
• Your configuration: when the paid period ends, the Premium features turn off and your server configuration is kept.
• Penalty: none.

Legal basis: articles 47 and 56.1 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

• Our commitment: you can ask for 100% of any charge, whether the first or a renewal, within 7 calendar days of the charge. It's our own decision, even though the law doesn't oblige us to. Write to [email protected] or use the panel; we start the refund within the next 10 business days, through the same payment method, and how long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.
• By law: if you bought through an aggressive or deceptive commercial practice, you can demand an immediate refund within 7 calendar days of buying, notifying us in a verifiable way. We don't deduct normal use and you can't waive this right in advance.
• If we fail: if we stop offering a Premium feature you paid for, or the service was down for more than 7 days in a row, we refund the proportional part of the affected period. A duplicate charge, or one you don't recognize, is refunded in full.
• After the 7 days, we don't refund the period that has already started, unless the law requires it. If you cancel, you avoid the following charges.

Legal basis of the "By law" point: articles 58, 59 and 60 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

If we raise the price or change the conditions of your subscription, we tell you at least 30 days ahead in the panel or by email. You can cancel without penalty before the change applies, and we won't charge the new price without that notice.

Legal basis: article 51 of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.

• If you breached the Terms: we don't refund the current period, unless the law requires it.
• If you didn't: we refund the proportional part of the period you couldn't use.
